Excellent!
We had a three seasons room built and installed by Joyce. The installation crew for us was the “Rob Winfrey Crew. Our experience was great from start to finish. Elijah the sales rep was wonderful to work with and the installation crew was absolutely awesome. These guys worked hard every day and I never saw them goofy off. They were very personable and very aware of our needs. We have dogs and they were always careful to make sure our fence gates were closed. This crew did a couple extra things for us that weren’t required; and they did an awesome job of cleanup. The only thing that would have made this better would have been getting the room for free!
Excellent company
We had our shower replaced and Joyce is an excellent company to work with as the customer service and quality of work is 110% Tony Alfano was our sales rep and he was extremely thorough in his representation and has always answered any questions/concerns since we signed the contract. Matt McGraw was our installer and I can’t say enough about Matt! He was VERY honest, thorough, excellent in his workmanship, and just all around such a professional! Our project turned out beautiful! Great Experience
From start to finish one of the best experiences in dealing with a contractor. Gina Jones, Regional Manager was very fantastic. She was very knowledgeable about not only her products but the processes used in the remodel of the bathroom. She pays attention to the smallest of detail. After selecting all the items needed, she was able to show a concept of what the shower will look like. I believe they use industry best materials along with a lifetime warranty.

I worked with Mason Chapman and he was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions about the removal and installation of a walk in shower. Taylor and the crew did a wonderful job and cleaned up afterwards. I highly recommend Joyce Factory Direct.

Great Customer Service
We had a few minor issues after installation of new bath tub/shower unit. Installer JP went above and beyond in taking care of the quality issues to improve the caulking. Customer Service has been outstanding. Thank you Joyce Team.
Amazing transformation
My wife and I met with Kaitlyn in May to discuss a possible plan for replacing some or all of our 19 windows on our log home. She was very knowledgeable and professional in explaining our options and how best to pay for them. We wound up ordering replacement windows for all 19 and anxiously waited for them to arrive. Ed came and measured and then William and Jeff arrived last week with the windows. What a great team. They worked very diligently and were able to install the windows perfectly while dealing with the intricacies of a 40 year old log home.. I can't say enough about the Joyce team, all were great from start to finish. My wife and I are extremely happy and satisfied customers. We highly recommend Joyce Factory Direct to anyone looking to replace windows.
