We just had a shower replacement done and cannot express how extremely satisfied we are with it! Matt McGraw went above and beyond to give us the most beautiful and perfect shower. His knowledge and expertise is amazing and we are so grateful to Joyce Factory Direct for their quality products and especially to Matt McGraw for his exceptional work!
Walk-in Shower Installation
My experience with Joyce was top-notch from the initial design consultation to the shower installation by Taylor Pollio and his crew. They did a fantastic job and cleaned up after themselves with no trace that any work was even done! I highly recommend both Joyce and Taylor Pollio.
Great Job
We converted and old stand up shower to a bath/shower combination. Austin Sorrells and Jonathan were fantastic. Extremely courteous and neat. Austin was terrific in asking questions about placement of handles, shower curtain etc. They did a great job and look forward to using the bath. Would highly recommend and will use them if we do another remodeling.
So excited about new windows
Bryon Milter is amazing. He explained everything clearly about the window replacement process, and answered all of my questions. The payment plan is very budget friendly. I look forward to my new energy efficient windows. Thank you Bryon, for helping turn my new home into my dream home.

Excellent!
We had a three seasons room built and installed by Joyce. The installation crew for us was the “Rob Winfrey Crew. Our experience was great from start to finish. Elijah the sales rep was wonderful to work with and the installation crew was absolutely awesome. These guys worked hard every day and I never saw them goofy off. They were very personable and very aware of our needs. We have dogs and they were always careful to make sure our fence gates were closed. This crew did a couple extra things for us that weren’t required; and they did an awesome job of cleanup. The only thing that would have made this better would have been getting the room for free!
Excellent company
We had our shower replaced and Joyce is an excellent company to work with as the customer service and quality of work is 110% Tony Alfano was our sales rep and he was extremely thorough in his representation and has always answered any questions/concerns since we signed the contract. Matt McGraw was our installer and I can’t say enough about Matt! He was VERY honest, thorough, excellent in his workmanship, and just all around such a professional! Our project turned out beautiful! All I can say is the Professionalism of our installers Mark and Adam was top self all the way. Safe, clean, meticulous, second project with Joyce and I know there will be another next year. You can't go wrong with Joyce.
Great Experience
From start to finish one of the best experiences in dealing with a contractor. Gina Jones, Regional Manager was very fantastic. She was very knowledgeable about not only her products but the processes used in the remodel of the bathroom. She pays attention to the smallest of detail. After selecting all the items needed, she was able to show a concept of what the shower will look like. I believe they use industry best materials along with a lifetime warranty.
