Rick Whitbourne was the sales representative who came to our home to give us a free installation quote. I will continue by saying that Rick was very pleasant to conversate with and very knowledgeable about the company and its products. He got right down to business and didn't try to sell or push anything off onto us that we didn't need or want. He answered all of our questions and made us feel comfortable doing business with him. He was so personable. He was mindful of what we wanted to have done. Rick is actually the reason why we have decided to go forward with this company.
