Great Job
Joyce Factory Direct and its employees John Harden and his assistant Alec made our outdated shower conversion into a wonderful experience. These guys were the best. They did a wonderful job on our shower and were so neat and clean during the process. I recommend this company and these two wonderful employees.
Fantastic experience and great windows
From start to finish Joyce was top notch. The consultant that came to visit was knowledgeable and helpful. The install team was top notch and moved as a team. Their attention to detail places them in a special group as I do not give five stars often. These guys went beyond with their efforts checking and rechecking the install each step. The final product and its implementation was fantastic. Thanks for all of your efforts.
Bath tub removal
Taylor Pollio our installer was great , on time ,very polite and no mess. He had our installation done in 2 days and we love the huge shower area. So glad we used Joyce Factory Direct.

Shower Doors
Zack and Dan installed a shower door on our shower. They were very professional and on time, very pleased with them both of them. Highly recommend them.
Great work
Dan, Ed and their Dad did a great job replacing the windows in our home. They were very particular about their work and did a good job of cleaning up after themselves. They even worked late the last day to make sure they the windows were correctly installed before an overnight storm.
Shower Install
Aaron Miles was a very professional and understanding representative for this company! He goes out of his way to make sure the customer understands and gets exactly what they want from the new install of a walk in shower. I hope the install is as professional as Aaron Miles.. once installed I will give a full report.
Walk in Shower
I had a old bathtub ans shower replaced with a walk-in shower. I am very pleased with the service rendered from beginning to end. The Contractor ( Adam Jones) was on time, he was professional and he maintained a neat work area at all times. I would recommend JOYCE to family and friends.
Happy Customer
I had windows replaced in my older home and I am very happy with the results. The windows look great, the men who installed William & Jeff did a fabulous job, no issues with damage, they were clean and efficient with no mess left behind. The management team was also awesome working with me on finances with me changing my payment plan. Overall I am very pleased with my new windows. Joyce Factory Direct is a good company to work with. Great Shower Install
Carolina Home Solutions (John Harden) did a wonderful job on the Tub to Shower conversion. Very clean and efficient work performed in all aspects of the job. Job was projected for two days and all work was completed in that time frame. As mentioned very efficient work process and any minor issues that normally arise on projects like this were handled on the spot. The team tolerated the owner watching and asking questions throughout the process. Very pleasant experience and would recommend this company.
