Job planning
While the workmanship was great and in a timely manner, this company planner told me I could not have the width I wanted as he said the drain had to be in the exact middle of the shower and I could not have the extra with I wanted. The installers told me that was not so as every shower stall tray was made to order.. I have had a shower that is too narrow for comfort. The planner also told me I could not preserve a marble window sill installers were able to do that anyhow. I also did not like the way one of the grab bars were installed.
performance review
We had our bathroom remodeled. The crew installers were Phil and Nick, both were very professional and polite. They worked closely with us and left the home clean. The shower is beautiful and we are very happy with the work that was done.

Great Installation Team
Chris and Holly replaced all our second story windows last December. They went above and beyond. They were professional, efficient, and friendly! We just committed to another project with Joyce, because we have faith in their products and their installation teams.
Best install crew Matt McGraw and Coolio
Matt and Coolio did an excellent job removing my old shower/tub combination and installing a new shower stall. They worked very well as a team and made sure all everything was installed correctly. They cleaned up afterwards. They both had a pleasant disposition and worked diligently. I was very pleased with the job they did.
Great Job
Joyce Factory Direct and its employees John Harden and his assistant Alec made our outdated shower conversion into a wonderful experience. These guys were the best. They did a wonderful job on our shower and were so neat and clean during the process. I recommend this company and these two wonderful employees.
Fantastic experience and great windows
From start to finish Joyce was top notch. The consultant that came to visit was knowledgeable and helpful. The install team was top notch and moved as a team. Their attention to detail places them in a special group as I do not give five stars often. These guys went beyond with their efforts checking and rechecking the install each step. The final product and its implementation was fantastic. Thanks for all of your efforts.
Bath tub removal
Taylor Pollio our installer was great , on time ,very polite and no mess. He had our installation done in 2 days and we love the huge shower area. So glad we used Joyce Factory Direct.
Could not ask for more
Dennis Brown did magic in our bathroom. They worked diligently in the 2 days they were here. The out come was amazing. Thank you for the great job.
Shower Doors
Zack and Dan installed a shower door on our shower. They were very professional and on time, very pleased with them both of them. Highly recommend them.
