Willing to meet the customer’s needs
Well, I just had back surgery 3 1/2 weeks ago and I don’t tolerate sitting standing for very long. I sat through a 2 1/2 hour presentation by another shower and bath company and took a deal with them because I couldn’t sit through another presentation by any other company due to the pain. . I felt I got a fair deal from that company. However, David came along and changed my mind. I was about to cancel my appointment with Joyce because I just couldn’t sit through another appointment and he talked with me over the phone and told me that they have a superior product and actually a few extra goodies and the price was cheaper than what I had negotiated with the other company. Of course I couldn’t let that go and negotiated a little bit further and got and even better price. I really do appreciate not having to sit through another presentation. Considering my medical condition right now I just need to get the work done. Need a fair price and a reliable company.
