Walk in Shower
I had a old bathtub ans shower replaced with a walk-in shower. I am very pleased with the service rendered from beginning to end. The Contractor ( Adam Jones) was on time, he was professional and he maintained a neat work area at all times. I would recommend JOYCE to family and friends.

I had windows replaced in my older home and I am very happy with the results. The windows look great, the men who installed William & Jeff did a fabulous job, no issues with damage, they were clean and efficient with no mess left behind. The management team was also awesome working with me on finances with me changing my payment plan. Overall I am very pleased with my new windows. Joyce Factory Direct is a good company to work with. I thank them for being the window replacement company that replaced my windows.
Great Shower Install
Carolina Home Solutions (John Harden) did a wonderful job on the Tub to Shower conversion. Very clean and efficient work performed in all aspects of the job. Job was projected for two days and all work was completed in that time frame. As mentioned very efficient work process and any minor issues that normally arise on projects like this were handled on the spot. The team tolerated the owner watching and asking questions throughout the process. Very pleasant experience and would recommend this company.
No nonsense company
Excellent experience Zack and Dan are truly top notch professionals they did a downstairs shower installation for an old bathroom that wasn't used often also a full gut and remodel in our main bathroom they had completed both projects in under a week. Very courteous prompt and respectful. I would recommend them to friends and family money well spent very satisfied with the end result.
Installer Adam Jones Is The Best
Adam is great! 2 days and he was finished in spite of the warehouse sending the wrong pan he was able to pick one up that night and have it the next day. He stayed until the job was finished. I love my walk in shower! Awesome job Adam!!!

Great Installers
From start to finish, the experience was excellent. Dennis Brown and his son were very professional and efficient. Guseppie, the sales rep, really took his time explaining the product. Installation ran ahead of schedule. There was an item missing, but it was hand delivered and the installation came in under the scheduled time. Can't say enough about the professionalism of this group.

Excellent job by Arron Miles on the sales presentation for a tub to shower install for Joyce Factory Direct. Arron was very knowledgeable, professional as well as personable during all facets of the presentation. All question were answered right away or a call was made to verify the availability of products. Follow up questions and changes to the original order were handled very promptly. Very satisfying overall experience. Arron has set a high standard for the installation team to live up to.
