Great new shower!
We had our old shower replaced with a beautiful new shower by Matt McGraw. He did an excellent job and his expertise and explanations during the process were much appreciated. He showed great attention to detail and we love our new shower! Great job!
Walk in shower

remoldel
We had a remodel in 2023 and a few problems arose. The Joyce representative was more than helpful and they completely resolved the problem. The young man Austen Salls, who completed the remodel was so very helpful. He was a phone call away and made sure everything was clean we were satisfied. Joyce should commend this young man for his work ethics and politeness. We would definitely recommend Joyce for your remodels.
Very Good Product
Our experience with David Hawkins was great! He came in, explained the product and process and gave us a very fair estimate. We planned to have Joyce do our bathroom but a family friend and contractor offered to do it for us. Price was not the reason we had our friend do the job. The Joyce price was very fair.
Sales Reps
We went to the Home and Flower show at the IX Center and spoke to the spokesperson that was there and he was so nice talking to us and helping set up a appointment (sorry can't remember his name) Their sales representative Johnathan Hobbs was helpful and knowledgeable helping us design our shower. He was so easy to talk to (he's a keeper) After installation will update my review with before and after pictures.
Great job, outstanding service
Joyce’s installed a new bath/ shower for us today in Greentree. It turned out beautiful. The installer Matt was very professional and knowledgeable. He stopped periodically throughout the process to explain what he was doing. We had planned to keep the bulkhead above the shower for fear there was ductwork or circuitry above. As soon as he tore out our surround and saw there was nothing above he offered to raise the ceiling over a foot. What a game changer. It looks and is so much larger. He never had to tell us. He added more work for himself to give us a better look. I really appreciated his communication throughout the process and he made the project a very pleasant experience.
New Windows
Chris, Holly, Ryan, and Brian were out to replace our builder grade windows and install two brand new bay windows. They were great to work during the install with and extremely efficient.
Shower installation
It was a pleasure working with Joyce Factory Direct. They listened to our needs and worked with us on pricing and scheduling. Dan and Dan, the demo/install team, were fantastic! Super meticulous with everything they did (to include cleaning the job site each evening). Mason Chapman, our sales rep was extremely knowledgable about all things bath and showers. Ed, the scheduler was also fantastic! We appreciated the quick communication from the entire team. I highly recommend!! We’ll use Joyce again for other needs. :-)

Replacement windows and Patio door
We were very pleased with the installation process and with the Joyce windows/door products. Adam and Mark were very personable and did an excellent job replacing the windows. Unfortunately, it was discovered that further work was needed to install the patio door, so the work could not be completed that day. We assumed there would be a delay of days to weeks, but to our delight, father-son team Tim and Devon were available and arrived the next morning to complete the work needed and our new patio door was installed. They were very knowledgeable and did an excellent job figuring out how to properly support the patio door with minimal amount of tear out of the drywall. All of the Joyce team members were professional and cordial throughout the entire process. All in all, a very positive experience for us.
