I wanted to convert a tub to a walk in shower. I met with and researched four different companies. I choose BathPlanet. Elijah Clem was the representative. He was very knowledgeable, patient and came to my house twice. He was even able to match a competitors price! I had it installed January 11th and 12th, 2021. It took two days because Michael Thornton installed it by himself. I was astonished that one person could complete this conversion! I cannot say enough about Michael. Complete Home Makeover
Our home was completely transformed! We had all new windows, two sliding doors, gutters, and the whole house completely resided. Joyce Factory Direct was extremely thorough. From the first time we sat down with Brian to the end of the project. If we had any questions, they were immediately answered. We were most impressed with the crews that they sent. When they said they were going to be here, they were always here!! The work was also very impressive. If there was anything incorrect, they quickly made sure to resolve the problem. We are completely satisfied with all the projects we have had done with Joyce Factory Direct. We look forward to doing business with them again!

Excellent Service
My wife and I called for a service tech to come to our house for some maintenance to our sun room, a couple windows and our front door. The sent out Jerry Vertucci. Jerry took care of all of our requests in a professional and courteous manner. As he was servicing the different issues for the service call he would explain to me what he was doing to fix the issue and why, which gave me great confidence in his work. Beautiful Shower
We had a full gut and install of a shower enclosure. The guys were great, clean, and efficient. A beautiful shower in less than 2 days!

Excellent Windows and Excellent Service. We had some Carpenter ant damage that was found when the new windows were being installed. We were shown the problem and it was taken care of with no additional charges. There is also a warranty that covers absolutely everything. We can't be any happier.
Screen Room
We had our deck turned into a screen room. We absolutely love it. They did a great job. Casey went over everything when he did the quote. Vernon's crew did a great job on installation, and answered every question and explained everything .
