Window Replacement
I had all my windows replaced about 12 years ago. Some windows failed in that time due to faulty seals and I was able to get them replaced under warranty. When the manufacturer went out of business, the warranty was gone. I have to replace 5 windows and I chose Joyce because they had a very good quality window and also more importantly a very good price. They were able to match my existing windows perfectly and also offered a very good warranty on the windows. I would definitely recommend Joyce for windows. If the windows are good quality I have no reason to believe their other services they provide wouldn't be of good quality also!

Great sunroom!
I wanted a sunroom but had a tight budget. They were able to work with me to not only get a sunroom I could afford but also helped me finance it. The builder was super friendly and everyone was very courteous during the whole process.

I wanted to convert a tub to a walk in shower. I met with and researched four different companies. I choose BathPlanet. Elijah Clem was the representative. He was very knowledgeable, patient and came to my house twice. He was even able to match a competitors price! I had it installed January 11th and 12th, 2021. It took two days because Michael Thornton installed it by himself. I was astonished that one person could complete this conversion! I cannot say enough about Michael. Complete Home Makeover
Our home was completely transformed! We had all new windows, two sliding doors, gutters, and the whole house completely resided. Joyce Factory Direct was extremely thorough. From the first time we sat down with Brian to the end of the project. If we had any questions, they were immediately answered. We were most impressed with the crews that they sent. When they said they were going to be here, they were always here!! The work was also very impressive. If there was anything incorrect, they quickly made sure to resolve the problem.
