Installation
Cannot say enough about Bob Suesse. He was here for three days by himself and completed the bathroom shower and toliet, plus all the swaps we had put in the contract. The bathroom looks great. He was clean and cleaned up. Did a great job. thanks Bob Mike and Linda Ball

Having an older home that has been added on to multiple times I am sure Brian Lee and Chris Dings had no clue what they were about to encounter. They went above and beyond in making sure everything was perfect. By looking at the finished product you would never have guessed the sweat equity that went into their work. Windows
Can't say enough great things about the product and the installers. David Sanchez and his partner were kind, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. Before the project even got started, David went through the whole job and made sure that we were all in agreement with how the project was going to be completed; start to finish. They cleaned every little bit of garbage up, as if no one was even there.
Tub/Shower Conversion
After having met with several other candidates, it was a pleasant surprise it was to sit down with Matt, sales rep for Bath Planet, to discuss our forth coming tub to shower conversion project. He was personable, knowledgeable about the company and its products and confident about what the company could do for us. It was like "tell me what you want to do and I will tell you how we can help you accomplish your goal". No high pressured sales, just answered questions and suggestions. Even after entering into a contract, he and the rest of his company are there making sure the project will be a successful one from start to finish.
New Shower
R W Suesse installed our new shower this week and we are very happy with the results. He was very professional and left the work area spotless. He did an excellent job.
Whole House Windows
Had an estimate done by Bryon and he was very informational and was done within an hour. My only concern was he did not give "options" of how to change the look or function of the windows. Tom came out and measured the windows another day. He gave me hope that my new windows "may" be able to use my old inside mount blinds; after installation only 7/8" to 1" was left to mount any inside mount blind to. Please note that replacement windows are installed from the inside, they require more room of the window well. Mark & Adam were my awesome installers, very timely, friendly, and experienced. I would use Joyce again.
