Storm Windows for Sunroom
I highly recommend Joyce. My installation team was Chris Dinya and Brian Lee. They completed installing the windows in only a hour and a half! We LOVE our windows and they were so necessary to make our sunroom usable. Also, Carrie at the office is kind and friendly and I loved working with her as well. Our sales person who first came out was also wonderful. All around positive experience.

BEST Sales Manager EVER!
After my elderly mother suffered a medical setback we determined she could no longer get into the bathtub safely and decided to replace it with a shower unit. Our first call was to Joyce Factory Direct. The following day the Regional Sales Manager, Eric Husty, arrived to discuss our options. Once our meeting was over we knew there was no need to call anywhere else! Eric went above and beyond all of our expectations. It was immediately apparent that he had my mother's safety and best interests in mind as he made recommendations for the new shower unit. He covered everything from handrail placement, a bench seat, a dual sprayer (all with her safety in mind) to shelves, soap holder, and frosted glass doors that mom wanted to make it "pretty". He designed what we feel will be the perfect shower for her! We can't wait to have it installed! Thank you again Eric for your professionalism, your patience, your kindness and most of all for caring about our mom (although I would expect nothing less from a fellow left hander, LOL!)

David and Bailey were our installation crew, and they did an outstanding job. They always arrived on time, were very friendly, and extremely knowledgable. They were very good about keeping us informed on what they were doing during the entire process. They were very meticulous and took a lot of pride in their work. At the end of every day, they always cleaned-up the work area and explained to me what to expect for the following day. It's been two months since our showers were remodeled, and we absolutely love the work that has been done. Between our initial contact with our salesperson, the scheduler and our installation crew, the entire process was wonderful. Great job Joyce Factory Direct!
Great Job
Our installers, Austin and Ned, did an excellent job. They arrived on time and worked quickly and professionally. Austin kept us informed of the progress and regularly had us review the work to make sure we were satisfied. We were and would highly recommend Joyce factory direct for any future work.

John and crew did an excellent job on our tub installation. They were very professional and courteous. Everything was cleaned up after the job was complete. We are pleased with the results.
Walk-in-Shower
My experience was wonderful, the technicians did a great job and was very thorough. My walk in shower is beautiful. I would recommend them to anyone if you’re looking to do a conversion of a Walk In Shower they’ll do a great job. The technicians that came to my house very friendly, thorough, and professional, great job guys. ??
Fantastic Job
David Sanchez and his crew did a fantastic job with installation of my new sliding doors. My old ones were doubled and heavy so they had their work cut out for them. But, they were professional and very meticulous throughout. Everything looks wonderful and I will be sure to request his team again!
