Great New Shower
From start to finish fabulous. Bought this from a wonderful sales person,Nicki Scaley. Installation took 2 days to remove cast iron tub, tile walls and install new shower with grab bar, seat, and cubby caddy. New faucet and Moen unit. When Rich was finished the room was so clean you would think the shower had always been a part of our home. This was a great addition to our spare bedroom for guests!

"Sales Pitch" and "Reality" are not the same!
We had a shower installed. The end result is OK; not the high-end shower you should get for the price. but nice.. My wife initially wrote a nice review because she thought Matt, our installer, did a great job and she wanted to compliment him. We struggled with saying anything negative, but a couple of things they did was simply not acceptable. (1) They ordered the wrong size shower base. There was a 2" gap between the base and the flooring. They suggested putting a "wall" corner strip on the floor to cover the gap, which would have looked awful, Yet, that is what they tried to have us accept. Initially, they said it would take three weeks to get the new base. Once we said we wanted it done right, they did find a base in Pittsburgh and the install was only delayed one day. But, the fact remains, they were willing to have us accept an unacceptable job. (2) When we were picking options, we said we wanted an extended length hose on our hand-held shower. Our salesman, Dwain, apparently did not have a longer hose in his price book, so he said if the hose is not long enough, just let me know and I will get you a

Shower Installation
JFD replaced my shower/tub with one twice the size. The new shower is gorgeous and the workmanship is flawless! Don and his crew were professional, courteous and respectful of my surroundings. I would definitely have Joyce do all my remodeling projects in the future!

Adam Jones did my installation. He worked deliberately and kept me informed every step of the way. He is more than a good technician. In New York he would be known as a "mensch" which is a "real down home person". He installed my new shower in three days with nary a hitch. It looks and functions great. I would not hesitate to use JDF again.
