Great experience with new windows
Chris and Brian arrived on time and ready to work. I had 9 windows installed,good quality windows that lock and look great.I was worried about my TV that was in the way and I had a window air conditioner.Chris and Brian moved the TV and removed the window air conditioner.These Things I cannot do because of my congestive heart failure.After the install Chris and Brian moved my tv back and reinstalled my air conditioner.I'll be sure to have Joyce Factory Direct install the remaining 9 windows. Grateful for the extra help and very happy with the new look on the house.
Windows and Patio Door
Mark and Adam were the absolute best! Not only were they vocal about any and all little changes that they needed to do, they also came prepared with biscuits for my very curious beagle, Remmy. They were so clean and ensured that NO SPIDERS got into the house while they were working. One spider tried 3 times after they took him out....needless to say, he didn't make it. There is no grave, so please don't send flowers. They also discussed with me about removing the GIANT bottom step up on my framing from the old door. I was more than happy they were going to do that! Cause lets be honest, when I've had a few on the patio, I don't need to trip into my house and bash my face on the stove. That's gonna be a bad time. It's also less for the dog to jump over (but it was really for me). They were jovial and personable and just really great people to be around. They were conscious of the dog, conscious of the cats. My cats didn't get out once while they were here. Mark and Adam always had an eye out for them. Mark and Adam, ADA compliant, Drinker compliant. A million thumbs up!
Bath Remodel
My installers were David and Bailey. They are very hardworking guys who did a beautiful job. They cleaned up very well each day so you wouldn’t even know they were there. Very pleased with the outcome.
Shower Installation by Jason Stanek
Punctual, accommodative to customer's suggestions, while saving time without compromising quality. Went the extra mile with the plumbing, reconfiguring both the drain and the wall studs for the valve and water supply, installing shutoff valves at my request. I really enjoyed watching Jason work! He knows his craft. I am confident that there won't be any problems with his work.
Patio door
Our installers were Dave and Chris. On time,very friendly and did a great job. Very happy with our patio door. Great job cleaning up when they were finished, Joyce had done our daughters windows so Joyce first place we called after seeing their excellent work!
Guest Bath Remodel
Jim & Carrie did an awesome job in our guest bath remodel. The demo & install went so smooth. Quality materials & great workmanship! Recommend Joyce for all bathroom remodeling jobs!
Bathtub enclosure install
We are very pleased with the tub enclosure that Joyce Factory Direct supplied for our master bath. We could not have had a better team to install. Jim and Kerri were absolutely awesome!!!!! Everything done to perfection and unlike some contractors, they did a complete cleanup after each day they were here! We would use them again in a heartbeat! I would like to also give a shout out to Nate, the salesman. He was very nice and very informative! Definitely did his job well and the product is everything he said it would be!
Bathtub out, shower in.
Wonderful. Work was done when promised and looks beautiful. Tim the installer cleaned up all the mess and even vacuumed my driveway where he had worked.

The service was exceptional, my new shower looks awesome.. Family and friends who have come to my house to look at it it are amazed at how nice it looks. JRapp app and his wife were so sweet and did such a great job of installing my new shower and also cleaning up afterwards.
