Shower Remodel
Adam Jones worked diligently for two days on our new shower install and did a wonderful job. He was very cordial and made sure no areas were left I cleaned and the shower install Is absolutely beautiful. We are very pleased with the renovation and Joyce Direct.
A Day Worth Waiting For!
Terrific! Chris and Holly installed our new windows with the speed and grace of the professionals that they are! They took care to make certain that no existing home decorations were damaged, they cleaned up after themselves, and made certain that all was in order before they left! They demonstrated how to operate the windows for cleaning; explained why the caulk should dry for 24 hours; and shared how the foam insulation would make the windows very efficient! Chris and Holly were friendly, polite and professional! When we purchase additional windows for the house (and we will), we hope that Chris and Holly are available for the installation! Thank you so much for the pleasant experience! We are going to enjoy our new windows!
Remodel is amazing
Adam and Jonathan did an amazing job with the replacement of my bathtub and bathtub walls. We love the new look of our bathroom and how much better it looks verses before. Adam was very helpful with helping make the hard discussion's on where to place the bars in the bathtub. We love the 2 foot bars and how handy they are for getting in and out of the tub. Over all the installation guys are great and addressed all of our issues. Thanks again Adam and Jonathan GREAT WORK!!

This was the first time I used Chris Dinga and Brian Lee. They were extremely professional and the install was quick and all the outside trim is identical.
Excellent Tub to Shower Conversion
This was an excellent experience from start to finish. Elijah (salesperson) was great to work with, as were Don and Tony (installers). The townhouse I recently purchased had a jetted bathtub that I wanted to get rid of from the beginning because it was very high and difficult to step into. I’m so happy with my new walk-in shower — it’s beautiful and functional. The installers asked my input for placement of the shelves and grab bars, and they measured my curtain and hooks to make sure the height of the shower curtain rod was perfect. They were finished in two days and left my bathroom immaculate. I couldn’t be any happier with the entire experience!
Walk in shower experience excellent
Matt did an amazing job installing our walk in shower. Our house was built in the 1930's and nothing is straight or level or standard. He patiently and carefully worked out all the kinks in replacing a tub and tile built in 1936 with a walk in shower. We are very happy with the results. Matt was great to have in the house--courteous, respectful and cleaned up everything. Highly recommend Matt (and Dan too who joined him).

Matt H was an experienced, efficient, neat, professional, and friendly installer. He arrived on time, and had everything completed within two days. I would highly recommend his services to anyone. He even kept my dog company for the two days while he was installing the tub! :)
Crystal Clear View
What a joy looking out our new windows as well as a noticeable decrease in outside sound. The team of Chris & Brian were efficient, skilled and fast; there was no mess and everything was left as they found it. Our condo is on the third floor and I was worried, but they managed the work seamlessly. One contributing factor was their assistant who seamlessly kept the process flowing. Thank you--the "foggy" windows are no more.
My Bath tub upgrade

Bath install
Thankful to Joyce Factory Direct for handling our bath and shower installation. We had an old bathroom with tile issues and an iron tub. Joyce completed the work in two days and everything looks great. Would recommend to others especially with older homes.
