Amazing transformation
My wife and I met with Kaitlyn in May to discuss a possible plan for replacing some or all of our 19 windows on our log home. She was very knowledgeable and professional in explaining our options and how best to pay for them. We wound up ordering replacement windows for all 19 and anxiously waited for them to arrive. Ed came and measured and then William and Jeff arrived last week with the windows. What a great team. They worked very diligently and were able to install the windows perfectly while dealing with the intricacies of a 40 year old log home.. I can't say enough about the Joyce team, all were great from start to finish. My wife and I are extremely happy and satisfied customers. We highly recommend Joyce Factory Direct to anyone looking to replace windows.

Replacement Windows
I worked with Kaitlyn Berkenstock from Joyce Windows. She arrived on time and was very professional on her presentation. She understood my needs and we were able to schedule me in to replace my older wooden windows. She showed a window example which helped with the visualization of how the windows work. Looking forward to installation.

Tub replacement / Shower Install
It was a pleasure working with Joyce Factory Direct. They listened to our needs and worked with us on pricing and scheduling. Dan, T, and Shawn did the demo and install and were fantastic! They did very good work and had no problem explaining why they were doing things when I asked. Even when they ran into problems, they kept us up to date and made sure we were satisfied with the results. Greg Palmer our project manager and scheduler was extremely knowledgeable about all things bath and showers and helped us to decide on and obtain options and accessories that we decided on after the job had started. We appreciated the quick communication from the entire team. I highly recommend and would definitely use Joyce again for our needs.

Elijah and Aimee were very knowledgeable about bathroom remodeling. They answered all our questions to our satisfaction. We liked that they worked with us to help us choose the bathroom we desired. We were very impressed with their explaining of the company’s materials against other companies. We feel like we are getting a product that will last for a long time .
