my experience couldn’t be better they delivered the product in the timeframe they committed to and it looks just like the proposal. The two-man team was communicating through out the two days and there were no hidden costs or problems. this is my fifth major project in the last three months and it was the smoothest to date. definitely recommend them for multiple reasons. Great sales experience
We had design consultant Andrew Giesman review our need for a new exterior basement door. He arrived right on time, took measurements and walked us through a number of options to get us the right door at the right price. Andrew answered all of our questions and we’’re getting a great door at a great price.
Tub and Shower Install
We had a new Tub and Shower installed by Zac Churchfield and his assistant Dan. These guys were awesome , they called each day and told us when they would arrive, and on the second day they worked late into the evening to make sure that everything was completed to the highest standard. They kept us up to date on all the progess , and made sure that we were happy with what they were doing. Great Job guys really appreciate your excellent work!! Would highly recommend both of these gentlemen, they are a true asset to your company.
Window Install
We recenty had a new window installed in our bathroom, Tyler and Eric did an amazing job. They were both very friendly and made sure that they kept our home clean. They made sure that we looked over the window inside and outside to make sure that we were happy with the work that they had done. They are an asset to your company. Great Job guys!! Thank you
Beautiful Shower-Tub Install
Joyce Factory Direct did a great job installing our new shower-tub. Every step of the process was easy; from the initial meeting, confirming the contract specifications, scheduling, to the actual installation. Our installer Matt, was very professional and courteous. He was an excellent plumber and could answer any questions. At the completion of the job, everything was cleaned up and hauled away. The bathroom looks fantastic! We will be using Joyce again.
