Love my new windows!
Joyce window installers, replaced 16 25 year old single hung windows on 12/15/22. I love the new double hung windows! The inside of the house is quieter and feels warmer and didn't lose a lot of glass space compared to many other replacement window manufacturers. The installation crew was very professional and great to work with, especially having inside only cats. The inside installer used a drop cloth and swept up after each window installation. They all did a great job! Now getting pricing to replace the garage windows, which I wish I'd added to the original order.
Willing to meet the customer’s needs
Well, I just had back surgery 3 1/2 weeks ago and I don’t tolerate sitting standing for very long. I sat through a 2 1/2 hour presentation by another shower and bath company and took a deal with them because I couldn’t sit through another presentation by any other company due to the pain. . I felt I got a fair deal from that company. However, David came along and changed my mind. I was about to cancel my appointment with Joyce because I just couldn’t sit through another appointment and he talked with me over the phone and told me that they have a superior product and actually a few extra goodies and the price was cheaper than what I had negotiated with the other company. Of course I couldn’t let that go and negotiated a little bit further and got and even better price. I really do appreciate not having to sit through another presentation. Considering my medical condition right now I just need to get the work done. Need a fair price and a reliable company.
Installation of New Shower Stall
I had the pleasure of working with Zach and Dan. From my appt to learn of their products and now to have my installation completed I can say that every part of the installation process was done totally professional from start to finish. I am so very happy with their workmanship. Both Dan and Zach were friendly and went to great lengths to make sure that I understood the caring process for my new shower stall. I am 80 yrs young with a hearing disability but they took the time to make sure that I understand the upkeep process, had my questions answered and above all to make sure I was totally satisfied with my installation. I definitely will recommend Joyce to family and friends. You have my confidence and respect. Thank you for the level of work ethics you expect from your employees. They represent you very well!

Zac & Dan did a superb installation of our new Bathroom Shower and Acrylic on our walls. They went above and beyond in their service and workmanship. Taylor installed the bathroom window and did a fantastic job. The level of craftsmanship, attitude and clean up was beyond normal levels of customer care. It was a pleasure doing business with all involved and we would highly recommend them for all their services.
