Replacement Windows for our Parsonage
Looking for replacement windows for our church parsonage, we decided to go with Joyce Windows because of the quality of the their product and affordable price. On the days of installation, Brian and John Lee, were on time, polite and very knowledgeable about the job. They went straight to work even when the weather was wet and cold. They installed all the windows and two patio doors in timely manor and precision. Brian and John were the perfect installers for our job and Joyce Windows are fortunate to have them as their employees.

Love My New Windows
From start to finish the job was done professionally and efficient. The installers were extremely nice and work d methodically with no error. They installed 5 windows, cleaned up and took the old windows that were broken with them. You can’t even tell they were here except for my beautiful windows!! It did take several months for them to come but trust me the wait is well worth it. I just wish I could have done the whole house maybe in the future. From start to finish from the time the salesperson came to my house it has been a smooth stress free installation. I will be singing your praises!!
Stellar installation
Our installers were fantastic. It was a father and his two sons and they were kind and efficient. Despite a setback with getting the wrong order from the factory, they lost a few hours and still completed the job in two days. The windows look great and we are so happy with them!
New Windows!
I am very happy with my new windows! Dan and his crew were very professional, courteous, and confident, They worked well as a team and the job was done very quickly and they cleaned up the job site before leaving. This crew is definitely an asset to Joyce Factory Direct. Highly recommended!
Great Sunroom built by an excellent crew
We recently bought a sunroom. We are very happy with Joyce (the company), the sale process, the product we selected and especially the installation team. Rob Winfrey and his crew are excellent craftsmen. I would use them again for any carpentry project. Fitting a new room to an old house requires building skills to make it blend. We are very happy with our new room.

My daughter and I contracted with Joyce for replacement windows in our 1986 manufactured home. The windows were ready ahead of the original anticipated delivery and the installation was scheduled immediately. So between Christmas and New Years day, the installation crew came and put in eleven replacements. They trimmed inside and out and cleaned up completely inside and out in one day. This crew could not have done a better job. They were polite, professional and extremely efficient. I would recommend them to anyone looking for replacement windows. Thank you so much.
Shower Installation
John worked on our son's shower last summer, and I was so impressed with him then. I specifically requested him again for our master bathroom shower install. John and Alex are always professional and come to do their job. I absolutely love the quality work John does, and I know what that looks like because I'm also in construction. He takes time in doing his work the proper way correctly. I'm a huge fan of John's. My husband is a fan too. He is the absolute best, and I'm so thankful to him for both of our shower installations. Great work! John Harden is the name, and I highly recommend him.
